We know that for My Safety Circle community and families, protecting your loved ones is your number one priority. So it’s only natural that you would want to know how we use the data you provide to us. We get that, so we have outlined how we use your data below.

In order for My Safety Circle to provide you with the most accurate and best experience, My Safety Circle will collect and use your location and other data in three possible ways.

• To provide you with accurate and timely information about your Safety Circle.Member(s)
• To deliver location services such as emergency tracking or roadside assistance.
• For marketing purposes, which may include either My Safety Circle offering you new services and/ or 3rd party advertising. Information that we provide to third parties for advertising services is aggregated or otherwise stripped of data of all personally identifying characteristics of our data. For example, we may share de-identified location data with third parties that analyze the location and movement trends.

Note: For your privacy and peace of mind, your location is shared with your Safety Circle members when you explicitly initiated any of following functionality:

• you start an Emergency call
• you start a Safe trip and set Arrival time and do not arrive to your destination in time
